Ana Tudorić Mejovšek
Ana Tudorić Mejovšek graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2003 and passed her bar exam in 2005. In the last decade, she has profiled as competition expert and has been engaged in advising numerous high-end clients, on corporate and competition matters. Her competition practice covers full range of antitrust law, including advising on long-term competition and antitrust strategies; structuring of cooperation and distribution agreements and compliance advice. Working at Divjak Topić Bahtijarević Law Firm, she has represented clients under investigation and has filed complaints with the national Competition Agency and High Administrative Court. In this respect, she has been involved in several practice-setting engagements. Ana also structured numerous anti-trust audits for clients aimed at identifying and remedying possible infringements and was engaged in preparing different compliance programmes for a myriad of clients.
Additionally, Ana has significant expertise in all areas of commercial and corporate law. She regularly provides comprehensive commercial, compliance and general corporate support to Croatian and international companies from a wide range of industry sectors. She assists clients in making sure they comply with all regulatory requirements as well as in establishing and maintaining antitrust compliance procedures.
Ana was a member of the working group on the prospective Croatian act on antitrust damages actions, transposing provisions of the respective EU Directive 2014/104/EU.
