Andreas Christensen


Andreas Christensen is specialised in competition law, EU law, public procurement law and state aid. He was working comprehensively with those practice areas when being employed with the law department of the Ministry of Justice and subsequently as a lawyer. Andreas has considerable experience advising private and public and semi-public enterprises and has conducted a large number of litigation and arbitration cases within his areas of expertise. He has been involved in competition cases both as prosecuting attorney and defence attorney and is one of the lawyers having conducted most cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
