Andreas Zellhofer is a partner and member of the firm's Competition Law and IP/IT practice groups.
As an eminent advisor in competition law, Andreas has extensive experience in supporting and representing domestic and foreign corporations in cartel, abuse of dominance and merger control proceedings as well as state aid cases. He also focuses on implementing internal investigations and compliance programmes. A particular focus is on distribution systems. In addition, Andreas regularly advises clients in the areas of unfair competition law, intellectual property rights well as on IT- and data protection law.
Andreas holds law degrees (Mag iur, Dr iur) from the University of Vienna. After internships at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission and the Austrian Cartel Court, he worked for a leading international law firm in Vienna and Brussels for many years.
