Anne-Sophie Grobelny is member of the Paris Bar association and is associate in Grall & Associés since 2016. She graduated from the University of Strasbourg (Master in International and European Business Law) in 2012 and from the University of Paris II (Master in Economics and Law) in 2013. She also holds a Diploma of Common Law from University College of Cork (Ireland) since 2009. She is specialized in competition and distribution law.
She regularly advises clients regarding horizontal and vertical agreements, especially in the context of selective distribution networks. She also deals with restrictive practices. She advises clients during their annual rounds of commercial negotiation with retailers and helps them through drafting or analyzing commercial agreements and Terms of Sales.
On the litigation front, she works on several procedures before the French competition authority in anticompetitive agreement cases as well as dawn raids procedures initiated by the French competition authority and the subsequent appeal before the Court of appeal.
