Răzvan Pele is a Managing Associate with Mușat & Asociații. Active since 2008, Răzvan has garnered a significant expertise in competition law after having assisted Romanian and international clients in all competition-law related matters, such as anticompetitive agreements and potential abuse of dominance allegations. Răzvan has developed an interest in assisting clients in dawn-raids and forensic examinations, while also mastering advice on merger control proceedings before the Romanian Competition Council, devising tailored competition law compliance programs and performing in-depth assessments of competition risks. He has also advised on State aid issues, having assisted clients in procedures before the European Commission. Răzvan holds a law degree from the Western University in Timișoara, Romania and is a graduate of the International and EU Law Master’s Program of the Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest.
